In 2022 CHOU was shortlisted through CMHC’s Housing Supply Challenge Northern round and will be seeking funding to build a factory in Winkler Manitoba dedicated to the design and construction of modular homes for northern and remote locations within Canada. This factory will allow AMH to build homes in a climate controlled environment 12 months of the year, dispatching them during sealift season all over Nunavut and other northern and remote location.
